About DANDIMA

DANDIMA is a clean, mobile-first platform for managing shops, tenants and annual rent payments. It is built for landlords who manage many shops and for the tenants who rent from them.

Tenants sign in with a simple Tenant ID and PIN, view their shop and rent status, make annual rent payments and upload proof of payment. Administrators manage shops and tenants, review every payment, and approve or reject with notes — keeping the whole process transparent and organised.

The interface is available in English and Hausa.
